The virtual training sessions she ran for Cambridge Memorial Hospital in March 2021 for 10 of our staff (on the creation and checking of Accessible Documents compliant with WCAG 2.0 for the hospital web site) went well and smoothly and she was happy to answer questions during the sessions and afterwards. She explains things well and encourages questions. She has since provided recorded copies of the sessions for any who feel the need for review. She is quick to offer follow-up assistance should it be required having already supplied several document templates for specific situations. A pleasure to deal with!
