After calling another cleaning service twice to do the windows in my country home (Lappe) and not receiving even the courtesy of a return call I phoned Northwest Cleaning Services. I received a call back almost immediately and we set a date. Steve showed up at the appointed time and did a great job. My windows are sparkly clean! That is customer service!!
