iGita Hot Yoga Studios

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I have been a member at iGita for about 3 years. I have no idea why it has taken me so long to finally write a review, since this place is practically my second home at this point! Every teacher here isn't just doing a job, they are truly invested in seeing the students learn and progress. Since starting at this studio, I have noticed an increase in my strength, endurance and flexibility. The studio is beautifully decorated and fosters an environment for relaxation, focus and personal growth in the holistic yoga lifestyle. This studio is probably the best place locally to learn and develop a truly authentic yoga practice.

I participated in the yoga teacher training program at igita and I loved it. Maureen and Monica are fantastic teachers with tons of knowledge to share. I learned so much from them and had a lot of fun as well. I would highly recommend this program to anyone aspiring to be a yoga teacher or deepen their own practise. The yoga and Pilates classes at igita are also fantastic.

Such an amazing experience! The first time I attend a yoga class I was very nervous, but the whole experience was lovely. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the class was wonderful. I high recommend that if you are looking for a yoga studio, this is the place.
