Oxygen Yoga and Fitness

The staff are very friendly here and it’s finally a studio where you aren’t hushed the second you walk in the door. I’ve gone to so many studios where I’ve felt like a number; not the case here! The instructors and front staff actually want to talk to you and get to know you, and they encourage the social element between those who attend classes. Its been great getting to know other locals, and is encouraging to hear the triumphs and challenges of others on their fitness journey. They’ve built a wonderful sense of community.... PLUS The fitness classes are amazing.

I love the infrared heat and awesome yoga instructors at this studio. There are classes at many different levels - I attended a hatha class that had a variety of attendees including those very very new to yoga. I've also attended hot flow classes that kick my butt (in a good way). I love the central location and the ability to book classes online.

My favourite place to exercise, and meditate. The teachers are super friendly, and Chrissy is extremely helpful. This place is remarkably clean inside, and the distance between people with the floor markers makes me feel more comfortable because of cold, and flu season. This place feels like home, and I take pride in my ability to get through the exercises.
