The Yoga Junction

I was a little apprehensive about going to my first class as I am a senior and it has been many years since I took yoga. Jennifer immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. Her instructions were easy to follow and she made suggestions of how to modify a pose if it was too difficult. Her sense of humour added to my enjoyment of the class. I would definitely recommend Yoga Junction and am happy to have found my new yoga home.

What an amazing, relaxing experience we had with Jess. We would definitely return for another session. If you’re questioning whether or not this studio is for You, the answer is yes. Undeniably yes. Check it out, you don’t be disappointed.

This is a magical place where everyone is welcome. You can leave your worries at the door and focus on taking care of your mind, body, and soul. My first visit was so wonderful! Small, intimate, classes. I can't wait to go back.
