Sweet Serenity Yoga and Wellness

I have recently signed up for the introductory 2 week unlimited package and am trying every class I can get to and am enjoying every single one of them. I am so happy that Shilo is there doing Refit and Crunches and Curls. I have missed her and now she is part of the Sweet Serenity Yoga and Wellness and Fitness team. I have enjoyed all the different yoga classes so far and feel lucky to have had to opportunity to partake in the Serenity Circle. What an incredible assortment you have collected all under one roof. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first couple of weeks at Sweet Serenity Yoga. All of the staff are lovely and you feel very welcomed and the ambiance is very yogic. My favorite class is the restorative yoga on Tuesday nights. Kerri's voice is soothing and her very clear directions and relaxed pace set the stage for your whole body relax. This class is highly recommended. Thanks for a great studio experience.
