Best healthy eating plan to lose weight. The program is very structured and works great if you follow it! In about 8 weeks I lost 20lbs. My coach, Jen, was fantastic. She is wonderful at answering questions and always pleasant and motivating. She keeps the communication lines open which aids not only during the weight loss stages, but also throughout maintenance. I love this plan !!!! I gain weight easily because of low thyroid and I find this easy and successful. !!!!! If I can do it anyone can !!!! At times I cook for a crew of 15-20 ppl at seeding and harvest (3x) a day. I was able to lose weight during those times eating my own food and drooling over their food!!!! I kept it off until I went hog wild in December so I will be back for a tune up !!! Lol.
