Paula was so kind and knowledgeable. I really felt heard and understood when speaking with her during my consultation. Nicole is personable as well as very knowledgable and shows that she genuinely cares. I felt really good about being in her care and honestly after one treatment feel a difference in my leg. I broke it six months ago and struggled with range of motion and pain. Nicole released some of the blocked tight muscle as well as lessened my chronic pain in one appointment! I’m going back to have her treat my neck !

Nicole is fantastic. Recently went for my first acupuncture treatment and Nicole ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Just a few treatments and my lower back is much better. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Eliza for facial acupuncture (specifically for acne/scarring and stress) - and the results have been amazing. She is so kind, professional, and really understands my needs and goes above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend!!

The studio itself is cozy and inviting—ideal for practising with close friends or just taking some peaceful time for yourself. Jill's guidance was gentle yet encouraging, making the session accessible for all skill levels. I’d love to build this into my weekly routine! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful start to their day.

Sarah is so wonderful at what she does…. The place, rooms, beds and experience is SO peaceful and relaxing. The needles don’t hurt at all!…apparently she uses baby needles or infant ones? (something like that- they are smaller or thinner)…. Anyway they are painless which is great because I’ve had acupuncture at other places that hurt! Just a really cool experience and very helpful for my body- she really knows what she’s doing :))).

Great experience with the Fermata team. Sarah and Hannah are both knowledgeable and professional! Acupuncture and RMT sessions were very helpful. Highly recommend.
