It was my first time at a hearing care clinic. So glad I chose to go to Aswin’s clinic. His gentle approach made me feel very comfortable to get my ear wax removed. Aswin is such an angel. I went in for some extremely bad wax buildup in my right ear, only to learn my left ear was much worse ! I'm a young adult learning how to properly be an adult, & he didnt judge my horrible ear wax. He was patient, kind, & took the time needed to explain everything. I was anxious going in because of the fact I hadn't done a cleaning like this before, but again, he wasn't judgemental & was very kind. Will be going back for my hearing care needs.

Aswin was so helpful with me choosing between battery and rechargeable hearing aids. I was apprehensive but after using some test rechargeable hearing aids for a number of weeks, I was convinced. He had the best price for rechargeable high quality hearing aids. My husband will now be seeing him and I highly recommend Aswin. Very positive experience from beginning to end.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They treated my father, who is confused at times and who doesn’t hear well, with the upmost respect and kindness and they were absolutely fantastic to deal with. The practitioner answered all of our questions in detail and explained the appointment and the findings very well and in a manner that made sense. I thoroughly enjoyed being in this clinic! I had an amazing experience about six months ago when I walked in the door of Hearing Life at Spall Plaza. I had no idea my hearing was down 40% but I should have known because of me saying “pardon”? Fifty times a day. The welcome I received from Colin and his staff made me feel so special and valued. He knew that I could not afford a lot of money so he made it possible for me to get hearing aides and it was a miracle. I left that office with the biggest smile on my face for a week!! These guys are absolutely amazing. Not only did I miss my appointment because of evac notices from the fires, they were booked really got up so I didn’t know if or when my next appointment was. They went above and beyond got me in the following day and even do payments on my new “Re~Chargeable” hearing aids! AWESOME people VERY friendly! And they make you feel incredibly comfortable.
