One of the best Walk Ins I've ever been. Receptionist was awesome. Dr. Lange listen to your concerns and not like other doctors that likely dismisses you after a few minutes. He genuinely care, So glad I went there today.

This is my favourite walk in clinic in Kelowna. Seeing a doctor is really difficult anywhere in town but the staff here honestly do their best with what they're given.

Changing my review to 5 stars because of Dr Lange. First doctor I've had since childhood that I felt listened to me.

The lady at the door is so kind. She gave me daughter colouring. I also saw her sanitizing everything so it didn't feel super gross in there. The nurses and doctor are very kind as well.

my doctor today was extremely helpful, patient and listened to everything i had to say that and helped solve the problem i was dealing with. the staff were very polite as well. :)

From the admin at the front desk to the nurse and doctor we saw everyone was so kind and caring. My son needed his first stitches ever and they were so awesome.

I was able to see Dr. Krznaric as a walk in. Not only did they triage my symptoms to an early appointment, but the doctor explained what he thought I was experiencing and the treatment. I did have some concerns, but he went as far as later following up with a phone call to see how I was doing. I feel confident in the care I received and am grateful for the kind service as a walk in. Thank you.

Dr. Kipnis is fantastic, he listens to whats going on and is quick to tell you what can help. He also let me try a different medication at my request with no problems. Very kind, but gets to the point. I feel very lucky he is my doctor.

I visited and immediately was impressed with the warm welcome at reception. Swetlana was very engaging with all the patients and Dr. Henry was attentive. First time I've not felt rushed at a Doctor's Office. Such a welcomed change.Will definitely recommend.
