PRANIFY YOGA REVIEWS

I went to Pranify this morning for a 45 minute Morning Mindfulness and Meditation session with Bill Eager. I had never been to Pranify before and was quite nervous as it can be difficult to open up to sharing energy in meditation in a new space with people you haven’t met. Bill made me feel so comfortable and welcomed in the space, and walked me through the basics so that I was set up for my practice. The practice itself was genuinely life-changing - Bill’s thoughtful thought prompts and poems led me through a beautiful journey of self-exploration and love for self and others. I would seek out this class next time I am in town, and will be looking for something similar in my home town (though I doubt anything would compare). Bill, I have been reflecting on your words and have been feeling so wonderfully impacted by the energy you shared with me today. Thank you for being you!.

I thoroughly enjoyed my week at Pranify! Each instructor spoke to my heart with their words and leadership! My daughter had her first hot yoga experience and the instructors made her feel welcome and taken cared of! I can’t wait to go back!.

I have been practicing for over 20 years and I have been to yoga studios all over the world…Pranify is in my top 3! If it wasn’t for power fuzion with Michelle, The Roots 75 min class with Ali, Jane’s amazing yin class on Weds nights, any class with Kayla, I would not be as good of a shape that I am mentally and physically. Pranify is aesthetically pleasing, their super welcoming/supportive staff, and their variety of class are so amazing. I’d have lost my ability to parent a toddler a long time ago if it wasn’t for this place

Our Yoga Space is a one-of-a-kind yoga studio. It provides life enriching social bonds, daily gentle mental health reminders, depth in yoga postures and a serene space to leave your day at the doors. There is a no place I'd rather be throughout the week and no place that will accept you more with open arms than Our Yoga Space.

Love this warm and inviting space. The instructors are amazing! Love the variety of warm yoga classes from 60-75 minutes. One of my faves is "Our All", the best of Vinyasa and relaxation stretch. Parking is not an issue as there is a parkade across the street. Highly recommend to all Yogi's.

I am travelling to Kelowna on a little vacation right now and I was so happy to find this studio. They have a "Travellers 1 Week Unlimited" which was a great pass for me this week! The teachers are all lovely, Miles has a great energetic Power Vinyasa class and Tessa led a lovely conscious Vinyasa class! I'm excited to take more classes.

Everything is just so amazing about this yoga studio, the classes, the instructors, and the location. I love how every single class is different and the instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable. You can enjoy classes depending on how you feel. They offer such a wide variety of classes from relaxation to fitness. The instructors are always available before and after classes to answer any questions. Just love everything about this place. Really motivated me to be there everyday .

I was never a big yoga fan, especially hot yoga, but a promo came up and since my husband had a pass I thought why not. My mind is definitely changed. The classes are good for any level (including my VERY beginner and non-flexible self) and the instructors are kind and inclusive. Not only that, but the administrative staff have been AMAZING and incredibly helpful! I would highly recommend the Kelowna Oxygen Yoga studio.

Oxygen Yoga and Fitness is amazing. Friendly staff and members. The studio is super clean. Classes are fun and challenging the instructors also provide modifications if needed. Great way to start or end your day!.
