Had an amazing experience here. The representative that helped me listened to everything I needed: a pair of new glasses I liked, but I also loved my old ones, and I needed it to fit within my benefits budget. She found me several options for a mix of the new style I liked with the style of my old glasses, and it looked so good! Then she fit it in my budget, I only ended up paying $10.

I came in with some bent glasses and Jay was so helpful. He adjusted them and then adjusted the other pair I was wearing. He has a great expertise in this area. I will only go to Lens Crafters from now on thanks to this great customer service. Thank you Jay.

I was so very pleased with the courteous service and help I received from Ben! I am so excited to wear my new glasses thanks to his help. It was an awesome experience.

Hands down the best customer service and prices for glasses in Kelowna! I always recommend Clear Vision to anyone who needs glasses. Plus they have unique frames to choose from. Chris is always a delight to work with - no pushy sales and genuinely cares to work with you to find the right pair of glasses.

Chris was very helpful and accommodating offering great selections and recommendations. Ended up with the pair I requested and still offers assistance if I am unhappy with the pair for any reason. Great customer service.

Best customer service and prices for glasses. I drove all the way from Oliver Bc to go to them. Will definitely be going back to them. Chris is awesome to deal with. He also gave me a free upgrades.
