I can't say enough great things about Dr. Mulgrew and his team. I finally got my braces removed this week but believe it or not, it's kind of bittersweet. Within those three years of wearing braces, I got the chance to be witness to an amazing team of individuals. Dr. Mulgrew and his staff are so welcoming and friendly, it feels like you're part of the family when you walk in. He has created a fantastic work environment where everyone is always in a great mood, and are always very accommodating to any issues that may arise. He's knowledgable, approachable, and just a really great guy. It's kind of a weird feeling; I'm happy to finally be rid of my braces but sad that i won't be seeing this amazing group of people anymore. I can't thank everyone enough for the kindness, the professionalism, and all of the laughs along the way! I recommend Dr. Mulgrew and his staff with the highest of praise; I love my new smile.

Just got my braces off a year early, ecstatic to say the least. the office staff and doctors are wonderful, funny, helpful. Enjoyed my visits there which may sound strange but it was always a pleasant experience even if there was a little pain. Can't say how much I prefer the professionalism Dr Mulgrew shows his patients. I very well could have gone another year to fulfill the contract but when my teeth were good he said I was done. Wonderful place and I will recommend it to anyone that needs braces.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mulgrew, his staff and the entire office. He is so kind and caring, listens to all of my concerns. He explains everything to me and takes the time to make sure I understand. I love his attention detail with my teeth. Sure I might have to have my braces on for a little longer but that's because he wants me to have the best teeth I can get. I love that he is so detail oriented, my teeth will benefit from his high expectations of great teeth. Dr. Mulgrew and his staff are so amazing and accommodating. Especially during these unprecedented times, they have gone over and above to ensure my safety and others. I really appreciate all of the hard work they do. It is such a pleasant office. I highly recommend them for all. Anyone who goes here will be in great hands.

Highly recommend Mission Creek Orthodontics! ….Impressed by the warm & genuine customer service, as well as the excellent quality of care. My young quite anxious daughter felt very comfortable. All options were explained well. Didn’t feel pressured at all, something we have experienced previously elsewhere.

Always professional and friendly! They tell you exactly what they are doing each visit. The waiting room and treatment areas are bright and clean, I was always in and out in a reasonable amount of time and on time. The staff all seem to be happy and now I have a nice, healthy bite.
