I have been staying here for the past year and am very happy with the apartment and the amenities. The building management team with Zivanka and Claudia are very helpful and approachable. I needed some maintenance work done and had raised a request. The maintenance team was sent here fast and they were very professional and were done with all the work in a matter of minutes. I would recommend these apartments anyone who’s looking.

I am going to complete a year living here and I just want to say that JP, Zivanka and Claudia are the best, they are always willing to help us. Regarding living here, it is a very quiet and comfortable place. I would only say that more security cameras are needed in the external areas to be able to record and verify in case of any event. Thanks!

I am a tenant in building B and put a work order in today for our a/c and a light not working. JP was amazing! He had the repair people here the same day and everything has been repaired. Awesome service!!

We have a great maintenance team in our building 202B Ira needles blvd. Since I moved then every time I put in a maintenance request, I find Farid and Tom super quick to respond and they go the extra mile to ensure the issue is resolved to my satisfaction, What an amazing feeling it is to have a super capable knowledgeable and experienced and friendly maintenance team.

We had the privilege of living at 220B Ira Needles Blvd for over three years, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The building management is exceptionally kind, supportive, friendly, and professional. A special mention to Mr. Tom and Mr. Farid, who are outstanding members of the Highland Square team. Their dedication and attentiveness made our stay so much more enjoyable.

Amazing maintenance team!! They attend to every problem immediately and Farid is very friendly and helpful too. He explained the cause of the issue and precautions to take.

I absolutely love living in this apartment! The level of professionalism here is outstanding. Karen goes above and beyond to ensure residents' needs are met with care and efficiency. The community events they host are always a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a wonderful place to call home.

My experience with Lumina staff was a Topnotch from the first day. The customer service was exceptional and welcoming. Prompt response to email and text messages. I finally find a place I can call 'Home'.
