My elderly loved one lived here for 8+ years before moving to long term care. Jackie & Andre are amazing and attentive superintendents. The building was always clean and decorated for every holiday & fun occasion...and his unit was spacious and beautiful. Jackie & Andre were always very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions. A very lovely place.
We have lived here for over 6 years and love it. The location is perfect and the amenities are great. The best part is the building management, Jackie and Andre work really hard to keep everything clean and make it a fun place to live. We love the community here! I have referred many people to this building and all have been happy they made the move!

I’ve been the resident here for 1+ years. This building’s service is very nice, common area are awesome too. The maintenance technician is good, he comes fix efficiency when we submit a request. Special shout out to the building manager, Zivanka, she is the best building manager I’ve ever seen. She is very busy but never get annoyed to any our requirements. Even we reach out on weekend, she still try to help us as she can. She is very responsible to every resident’s need. The only thing I see is she has too much work and too busy. I hope Greenwin can give her a raise or hire a assistant for her, she totally worth a company to keep and promote!
Zivanka and JP have been so kind and helpful with our move-in! The move-in process has been smooth and everyone in the building has been friendly. We’re happy with the unit and building so far, everything is clean and the unit has lots of natural light.
I’ve been a resident for 3 years now and have no complaints. Every issue or maintenance request was attended to and fixed with within a few hours by JP, who is so helpful and professional. Our building rep Zivanka is so friendly and always available when I need. Great building to live in, awesome amenities and wonderful staff!!

TRIO ON BELMONT-A REVIEWS
I just moved into this amazing apartment building. The staff are super friendly, especially Jocelyn Dradosits, the senior resident manager. She was very welcoming and did my application in hours, Stan was super helpful too. I moved in the next day, and they welcomed me with a wonderful blanket as a gift. The property is one of the most kept properties in Southern Ontario, if you ask me. The interior is like brand new, very clean, just as you see them on the the ad pictures, what you see is what you get. By the way I got the best parking spot, I can see my car from my balcony. If there is a 6 star i will give it to them.
I lived here for 1.5 years and it was a great transition home for me as I searched for a condo to buy. The building is so clean and well maintained. Ashley in the office is fantastic. So organized and has a friendly smile for everyone
Wonderful apartments that have a condo-style. A mix of seniors and young professionals in each building gives it a nice touch of being 'home'. My unit is facing the parking and I barely hear any noise. Staff is super friendly and professional, always busy (but I do not blame them!). It does take them sometime to respond to issues but not the urgent ones, which is okay. This was my first rent in Canada and I am so glad we made the decision to come to Trio. A bit expensive but it is worth it. Thanks a lot to all the wonderful team.
