My husband and I purchased our first new build home recently from Ridge View and could not be more pleased. Vong was very attentive during the sale process and explained everything very well. The design palace was also very accommodating to schedules as the first appointment offered my husband was out of town. Our house closed on time in April 2021. Adam, warranty manager, was very detailed during the PDI. We just had our 30 day walk through and every small issue identified will be rectified. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience, and Marlon tops the cake. He is amazing and will always stop to say hello with a smile when he sees you. I am overjoyed to be living in this lovely Neighbourhood.

This is by far the most professional builder I've worked with. Everyone here is knowledgeable about their craft, and when they set out to do something, they do it right. Truly the embodiment of measure twice, cut once. I worked closely with Adam, who was just fantastic the whole way through: professional with us in person, and breaking everything down into terms that we could really understand. I would recommend Ridgeview to anyone who asked.

I have decided to rewrite my review of my Ridgeview Home. After a year of trying to get certin items addressed in my home, They have agreed to address the items of concern. Thank you to ownership for stepping up to the plate and making sure we are completely satisfied with our property.

The team at Hunke Construction is amazing. From the first meeting with Jason, we had the trust and confidence in their family buisiness to do a major renovation in our home. We met with multiple contractors and Jason came in with innovative ideas that nobody else thought of. After agreeing to work with eachother we had detailed meetings in their boardroom at the office, which is lined with hundreds of binders from all their major renovations they have done. While Jason came with ideas, drawings and quotes, Deborah was also amazing in keeping everyone organized. With an interior designer background herself, Deborah was a great asset to the team and shared many ideas of her own Hunke Construction takes pride in everything they do and are incredible professional at each step in the renovation journey. You will not be disapointed by selecting them.

Working with Jason, Bob & Kathy on a renovation project that unfortunately didn't go through due to some timing challenges between Hunke's schedule and ours. The Hunke's were professional and courteous throughout the interaction and we would have liked to have completed the bathroom renovations with them. Maybe we will be able to work together in the future.
