Absolutely phenomenal store! Katherine and Haiden helped us - incredible! Everything is fairly priced and was better than everything online. If you're looking to purchase, don't even worry about checking Google! Staff is incredibly helpful and they pride themselves on helping you learn to sew properly so your machines will last longer!

I was just in to see why the bobbin on my machine was shredding and to replace the bobbin cover. I was greeted by a friendly helpful young man who quickly fixed several problems with my machine and I was able to come back home and continue with my sewing in a matter of minutes. And I learned several new things about my sewing in the process. Thank you KW sewing. It is a pleasure to do business with you.

Great selection and great staff!! I went in looking for one thing and was able to find it right away. Also everything was very stocked and the staff were very helpful. I was asked if I wanted to join a program and also given a coupon for 30% off an item for my next visit. I will be coming back to get more craft supplies.

I went to this location today to get flowers for my wedding and I had an awesome experience with Neveah Routhier. She was a great help and extremely friendly. I will definitely be going back to this location.

If you're interested in art and design, this is a place to visit and buy art supplies. Nice people work here, and you can get a discount every day. I like it and I do recommend it.

FABRICLAND KITCHENER REVIEWS

I live near RENs and they are wonderful but often do not have the fabric I am looking for. Took the drive to Fabricland and was so pleased I did so. I had a 27 year seamstress guide me to fabrics that were close in matching the fabric I came in with….she gave me room to decide but offered opinions which I asked for…such a great help. Thank you! MM.

Highly recommend, for all the sewing amateurs out there, this place is heaven! They even sell ready made patrons!!! On a personal note, i prefer fabricland rather than erins mill.

They were able to refund my purchase for me. I've opted to keep my membership and keep dealing with them. I'll just be more careful with what makes it into my bag from now on! An hour out of my way, nearly $130 later... Only to get home and find out they didn't ring through or include the pattern and it was sitting at the register the whole time. I called, told them I'd been in earlier, and the lady I spoke to immediately knew who I was, what I was looking for, and told me they had it at the register. No one bothered to contact me that I'd left it. No one came out after me -- we sat for a while outside. Now the $80 in fabric and notions is absolutely useless.
