Amazing Team at Kitchener Ford. I’ve been wanting to get my 1st car. Then Mr. Aaron Garcia (salesman) talked to me about their awesome cars and gave me some advice. That’s when he showed me the Ford Mustang 2023 turbo ecoboost. It’s like love at first sight lol. As soon as we got the deal and stuffs, Mr. Aaron Garcia & Mr. Victor Priya (agent) helped me to achieve it. They also give me calls and updates about the car especially getting the approval. They even let me test drive it. They didn’t give up on me. They have lots of patience, they’re so kind and awesome! I am so lucky they’re the one who works on my papers to get that car. It took only 3weeks and now i got my 1st gorgeous car and thanks to them.

Jackson took care of us and went above and beyond to meet our needs, no pressure sales tactics or surprises. Dealing with him has been a refreshing take on buying a new vehicle. The team also recognized a discount offer by a different dealer for First Responders to match other offers. The experience was great, start to finish!

I’m not one to write reviews but I was so satisfied with my experience and the customer service at Heffner Toyota I just had too! They really make you feel like “you’re part of the family”. As a young person it can be kinda nerve racking dealing with big things like purchasing a new car but Ali Manji (Financial Services Manager) made things so comfortable and smooth. He explained everything in detail for me to understand, he also gave me some advice in the car world and as a female driver it really helped. He’s very honest and ethical super straight up guy. And I can’t leave out that he also went above and beyond to get me the cheapest rates communicating with me very promptly through email and eventually we met in person to check out the car I came from Brampton and trust me the travel was worth it. My car is fully loaded :)))) Eventually I was greeted by a nice guy Cory , he took me for a test drive and walked me through the details of the car. I got to pick up my car within a week of checking it out and when I got there to pick up the car they both walked me through everything all over again to make sure I was satisfied, I left with no questions. Thank you Heffner Toyota for your spectacular customer service. I would recommend 100%. P.S the red bow on the car was awesome!! I felt like a VIP.

We came from Hamilton to see a Tacoma listed online. We were greeted with a salesman who waited for us even though his shift was over. We are so fortunate to have worked with Matt Bishop.
