Service très rapide, ils sont venus dans la journée pour évaluer mon appareil et tenter de le réparer. Malheureusement le problème affectait trop de pièces pour qu’il soit rentable de réparer l’appareil (vive l’obsolescence programmée) mais les techniciens ont été très honnêtes et serviables.

Excellent and prompt service. The repair technician was professional and he identified the problem in a short while. We were very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, the appliance (quite old) proved to be too costly to have repaired, so we opted to have it replaced with a new one.

Service delivery occurred on the same day as the call to Appliance Repair. Repair person showed up early. Was able to give the cause of the problem quickly. Was honest in the resolution being too expensive to fix and gave replacement suggestions.

Professional and quick service. Our dryer element died on Saturday and they came Sunday replaced the parts and save the day just before going on vacation with lots of laundry to do.
