My call was an urgent one. Robert promptly responded to my phone call himself, he gave me an estimated time of arrival. He readily and clearly provided cost for his service up front and was very professional in completing the repairs needed in my house. Robert is well equipped with parts in his service van therefore he had what was needed on hand. I strongly recommend his service.

Mathieu and Zach were very efficient at fixing our plumbing issues today! We had 1 sink drainage issue, dishwasher, two toilets shimmed, and bathtub that needed resealing and piece replaced for a leak in the basement.I called Lalonde Plumbing at 11am, they were here by 1:30pm! Talk about fast delivery, professionalism and amazing service. The boys did a great job, I highly recommend this company!! They also didn't seem to mind the company of our tortoise in the bathroom lol. We will be using this plumbing service again, it was a great price for the work that was completed.

Very happy with my experience working with Plomberie Lalonde. I had a water leakage issue and left a voicemail last night and this morning I received a call from the office and they were able to send a technician in under an hour. Denis was very knowledgeable and professional and he quickly identified the issue and resolved it. Absolutely recommend this company and I will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

These guys are top notch service. On time, and did a very professional job. And the quote matched what I paid in the end, which is something that you rarely see these days. And on top of that, they answered my questions 2 months post-service, after I was having an issue with something else, which I was able to resolve without having to call out a plumber again. I 100% recommend this company.

We needed a shower roughed in and hooked up in our old dilapidated cabin that we just bought. They were responsive, came on time, and did a great job! We will definitely use them for future work. Bonus that the plumbers spoke both English and French.
