Nous avons eu recours aux services de Nettoyeur de la Cité à Gatineau à deux occasions, en complément de travaux de rénovation importants. Tout d'abord pour faire nettoyer un tapis de Turquie en laine et coton. Lors de cette visite, nous avons obtenu une estimation pour le nettoyage de nos conduits du sytème de chauffage/climatisation. Puisque nous avons été très satisfaits du nettoyage du tapis, nous avons décidé d'aller de l'avant avec le nettoyage des conduits quelques semaines plus tard. Lors de leur deuxième visite, nous avons encore pu apprécié la qualité de leur service et leur professionnalisme. Les techniciens ont porté à notre attention certains problèmes potentiels sans exercer de pression. Au final, nous avons grandement apprécié les résultats obtenus et l'interaction avec les techniciens de Nettoyeur de la Cité.

J'aimerais remercier 'Nettoyeur de la Cité Gatineau' pour l'excellent travail effectué : nettoyage de divan, fauteuil et thermopompe qui en avait grandement besoin ! Un gros merci tout particulier à Simon pour son travail, sa courtoisie et sa gentillesse.

Très bon service. J'avais des questions et mon répondu correctement. Je recommande ces gens pour leur nettoyage d"air climatiser murale et merci au propriétaire que j'ai parler au téléphone très gentil le monsieur.

My experience with Stephane at Expert Steam Cleaning was wonderful from start to finish. He was very professional and helpful in all aspects of the job. He did a great job on my carpets and furniture for a very reasonable price. I expect to be calling him for additional services in the future and give him my highest recommendation.

Stephane was very professional and kind. He did a thorough job. The carpets were very stained and dirty but it came out clean and fairly stain free. Highly recommended for the pricing and quality of work. No tall promises no extra fees.

Stephane does an amazing job. My clinic with high traffic on carpets has been cleaned again by this awesome business. I am beyond happy and will continue using their services.

Joel et son assistant étaient géniaux. Nous avons une section plus ancienne que nous voulions nettoyer après avoir eu un chien et ils l'ont nettoyée et maintenant elle sent et a l'air neuve ! Nos escaliers avaient également de vilaines taches et ils ont pu les enlever sans problème. Des gens très sympas aussi. Je recommande vivement leurs services.

Service rapide et très bien exécuté. Homme de confiance et courtois qui explique bien les étapes. Mon fauteuil était vraiment sale et aujourd’hui il est vraiment comme un neuf! Je recommande vivement.

Très satisfait du nettoyage de deux canapés et d'un tapis. Bonne communication, prix raisonnable. Le produit fini est superbe ! Certainement un 5 étoiles - je donnerais à cette entreprise un 10 étoiles si je le pouvais.
