Our fridge stopped working on Saturday. Allen told me on the phone to wait a few hours to see if what I had tried would work. Right away I felt like he was trying to genuinely help. He could have said he’d come right away and charged me for a service call. After a few hours the fridge still wasn’t working so he squeezed us in on a Saturday evening so our food wouldn’t spoil. Very honest person. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Allen!!

Alan was amazing and so helpful, a part of my washing machine was broken, instead of replacing it he fixed it. On top of that he went above and beyond and started to clean my dryer. Alan is very nice, kind and professional

Alan was extremely helpful, and solved our freezer issue with ease. He's very friendly, and had no problem answering any and all questions we had. I will be calling Alpha Appliance anytime I need an appliance fixed.
