DOGGIE BASICS REVIEWS

We don't know how to thank Julio and Doggie Basics enough! After having brought our beagle there for daycare, we asked Julio for help with our rescue potcake. She was such a sweet girl with her humans and beagle big brother, but was very reactive when it came to other dogs and people. She barked and growled at just about every dog she saw whether they were near or far. She also reacted to people very similarly, especially when visiting our home. We decided that a board and train would be the best option for her and are so happy to have made that decision. Not only did Julio train her, but he also trained us, both before and after her three-week stay. She is no longer the reactive little girl she once was and was able to make some friends at the daycare, which she can now attend! Julio is still working with us after her board and training to ensure her progress continues. She is always available to answer questions we may have. Thank you, Julio, for your patience, time and effort with our little girl (and us). You've really "set us up for success"!!!

Julio is an outstanding dog trainer, and we are incredibly grateful for the invaluable skills we learned from him. Our puppy is only five months old, and our progress after completing the course is remarkable. Julio's expertise and patience made the training sessions enjoyable and effective. Doggie Basics is Mocha's favourite place when I need to go into the office or on vacation. I know Julio and his team will take good care of him, and he is well-socialized with other dogs. The group lessons are also better than the other one I went to for the same amount of money. The location is very close to my house and has a massive backyard for the dogs, which not every place will have.

We got so much out of our puppy training experience with Benridge Canine Services. Emmanuel and Jeremy are such conscientious and experienced trainers! As new dog owners they really reassured us through the process and were incredibly supportive. All the sessions were super informative and helpful. We spend so much of our time googling and YouTubing tips for training, but that all paled in comparison to being able to speak to a proper trainer in person. We would recommend this class to anyone and everyone; it's helped us and our little boy immeasurably. Thank you, Emmanuel and Jeremy!

I had a great experience with the team at Beneidge recently. I started with a few private sessions and then boarded my 10-year-old Morkie for some aggression issues while I was out of the country. The team was prompt in communicating updates and informative handling and progression videos. They were very professional and clear. I now have a better understanding of how to manage my dog’s aggression and set boundaries in my living space with all the training and tips provided by both Emmanuel and Jeremy. Highly recommend.

Just when you think you have a good dog, you decide to send him to Benridge Canine Services, and after 4 weeks of board and train, and unlimited support, you have a GREAT DOG. I highly recommend Benridge and their team, Emmanuel, Jeremy, and the rest of the Benridge family.

JUST FUR FUN DOG DAYCARE REVIEWS

We love Just Fur Fun daycare, and more importantly, our dog LOVES Just Fur Fun! We have been going there since 2018 and they provide excellent care for our Lab. It is clean, well run and the friendly staff provide lots of love and interaction for the dogs. We get to see pictures of them playing during the day through posts on Instagram. And that’s not to mention the hysterical pictures we get of our pup dressed for special occasions like Easter and Thanksgiving! The owner really cares about the dogs and has been SO helpful when I have discussed different health or training issues we have had. She has been able to give suggestions and is so knowledgeable based on her years of experience with dogs. We feel so comfortable taking our dog there and know she is in a fun, safe and well-cared for environment.

Amazing place. I just finished my first day at this daycare for dogs. The staff are friendly, the price is reasonable, and the dog is content and coming back. Got a little goodie bag along with a Polaroid pic from them. Very appreciative.

Such a fantastic experience with this daycare! I really trust Kim & her staff with my rescue dog Meg, as they provide such quality care for each dog and really take the time to get to know each dog’s personality and needs. They always prioritize the dogs safety and well-being and I know my dog is getting lots of exercise both in terms of play time but also consistent walks and potty breaks. The structure throughout the day is really beneficial for a fearful dog like Meg, and bringing her to Just Fur Fun has helped immensely boost her confidence and make her less fearful! Highly recommend this local business!
