This is the second time I have used the services of PROFIX and I must say that I am even more satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship from both Sean and the technician, Robert. Sean drove quite a distance to take measurements and to insure that the right door was selected along with proper hardware( not your standard garage door) As promised the door was ready within 2 weeks and installed today. Robert(technician) was incredible. Within a few hours the door was installed and fully operational. And true to their word the work area was left clean and all cardboard and hardware removed along with the old frame. Our garage door spring snapped last night and we placed an emergency call to PROFIX. They were able to come over this morning and have everything repaired. Sean was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained to us what was necessary in terms of parts replacement. We ended up replacing the springs, rollers, drums, cables and brackets at a decent price with 3 year parts warranty.
