Alycia treated me professionally and showed respect for my sensitivity around needing help with my hearing. Everything was thoroughly explained to me which was very comforting. The receptionist was also very knowledgable and welcoming. I just felt well looked after and am so glad I made an appointment at Sounds for Life.

I had a great experience at this clinic. My exam was thorough and everything was well explained. I also never felt pressured in any way. The place is spotless and the service excellent. I will be back.

As a recipient of a Veterans Affairs disability for my hearing, the staff were extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable of the procedures on how to navigate through the VA hoops. When I received my hearing aids the audiologist took a lot of time to make sure I understood how to use them, how to clean and store etc. She even took the time to help me on a couple of occasions when I dropped in without an appointment. A gold star for sure.

The appointment started on time. Full instructions were given during the testing. Results were immediate with a 'user friendly' explanation. Several options were provided as to what could be done. A call a couple of days past the appointment allowed for any further questions to be explored. Excellent experience.

We were well taken care of and everything was very clearly explained. Purchased new hearing aids for my husband and every effort was made to ensure complete success. He is very happy with every aspect of this experience.
