SAMATVA YOGA REVIEWS

Love the vibes! I have been consistently attending multiple classes a week at Samatva Yoga for the last 6 months and I feel the benefits! From the physical side, I feel stronger and my flexibility has increased, and on the mental/spiritual side, I feel much more calm and at ease, and teachings of yoga seeping into my everyday life. I always leave classes feeling better than when I walked in. All the teachers are friendly, kind, and offer a variety of teachings. Although I am often on a waitlist when I sign up for a class, I usually get a spot. I especially love the 9:30 Wake Up classes on Saturdays and Sunday. In the future, I would love to attend a handstands/arm balance workshop!.

Wonderful instructors! I appreciate that there are plenty of room temperature classes because I unfortunately don't enjoy hot yoga. The thing I like the most is that they live stream all their in-person classes and also offer some online-only classes. Very convenient if I'm out of town or maybe not feeling the best and need to stay home. My least favourite thing about Samatva is the app they use for booking classes. It has some quirks.

The diversity and frequency of classes offers the flexibility to attend various sessions and styles allowing me to discover my abilities or moods at the time. The fact there are online classes streamed in real time can provide the most convenient way for me to practice while still giving me the feel of being present and included, along with access to the teachers. As well, the variety of special events and guest practitioners truly enhance my experiences and membership. Over the years I have found the instructors to be extremely knowledgeable and caring making it feel like a family and a true community.

I have been a member for just over a month. This is my first experience joining a yoga studio and from the first time I entered the studio and every visit after I have felt welcomed and supported in my journey. All the instructors are friendly, passionate about yoga and willing to provide assistance when needed. The studio is full of positive energy and I take it home with me after every class. I started with the $49 fortnight package and am now signed up for the year. If you’re looking for a studio full of positive energy…you have found it!.

My first visit to Salti was exceptional! Kat warmly welcomed me, provided a studio tour, and answered all my questions about Salti, booking through the app, and the hot yoga session. It was a fantastic experience, and I'm eager to return for more!.

This has been my introduction to hot yoga, and I love it!! All of the instructors are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the two week trial to anyone considering trying hot yoga!.
