Clean, well maintained and highly efficient. Omega offers one of the best overall gym experiences for both new members and advanced. Open 24/7, it stands above the rest of the gyms in the area with its gym equipment, allowing you to fully engage each muscle group with confidence. The staff are incredibly professional and helpful.

Awesome gym with great people and great vibes. Owners care for their members and keep the gym up to standard and take pride in their business. There is a great sense of community in this gym; members are serious yet friendly. Trainers know their stuff and are more than willing to go the extra mile to explain stuff to you and show you how to do things properly. Best gym in Kingston.

I’ve been going to F45 Kingston Downtown for about a year now, and I absolutely love it! The coaches are amazing, so supportive, motivating, and they make every workout fun. The workouts are always different and challenge your whole body, and I am the strongest I’ve ever been since joining. The community is what really makes this place special. I’ve made some great friends here, and everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I always look forward to coming to class!.

What an amazing few weeks! The coaches and community have truly made this experience amazing. The workouts themselves really push you to the max but it's so worth it and shows you what you're capable of! Hands down my go to workout spot and will never go back to anything else. I'd highly recommend for anyone to give it a try.
