I would 100% recommend this program to anyone that is wanting to lose weight & lead a healthier lifestyle. An easy to follow meal plan with a variety of foods to choose from. There is something for everyone :). The staff are ALL amazing and super supportive. They play a huge roll in helping you achieve your goals. Such a positive, fun space & an amazing community that you will love to be apart of.

The EWYN program works and the staff here truly care about their clients. You feel like they are a family member because they really get to know you and want to help you succeed. Top notch staff, business and one stellar owner.

I've been seeing Lorie for approximately 6 months now. I really appreciated the time she took to understand what my goals were and really works with me to achieve them. I've been consistently losing weight and inches as well as increasing my muscle mass and hydration. I've been eating so much healthier and Lorie's meal plans are extremely helpful in continuing to do so. Lorie helps me to come up with strategies to deal with cravings and special events to ensure I keep on track and provides continual support.
