I have gone to plenty of massage therapy clinics and I can say this one by far has been my best experience. I have been a client here for years now, Joscelyn is a fantastic massage therapist and I now see her once a month. They are fast to reschedule if anything comes up and keep their cancellation list up to date so if I'm ever looking for an extra service I can get one. Thanks for all you do!

I had my first appointment with Joscelyn R. tonight and it definitely won’t be my last! She was so thorough and genuine in her treatment while providing many different techniques to make me feel relaxed. You can tell right away she’s invested in making you feel better. The atmosphere at the Orchid is amazing with a genuine spa feel as soon as you walk in the door. The staff here are extremely friendly and the booking system easy to use. The massage beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced! Shannon is an outstanding RMT. I have been seeing RMT’s for about 20 years and she is truly one of the best I’ve ever been to. She listens and ensures she understands your needs; she has magic hands!! I highly recommend the Orchid Massage and Wellness Centre and definitely recommend booking with Shannon!

I was able to book pretty last minute - just over 24 hours before the appointment. Shannon was absolutely fantastic: She communicated the whole process well, was very professional, gave a great massage, and even gave me some recommendations afterwards for stretching and continuing to work on some of my pain/tightness. It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely come back again, and I highly recommend Shannon as a massage therapist.

Clean, bright, spacious and beautifully decorated space. Front reception was friendly and kind. Had a massage with Sean. Friendly, and very knowledgeable. Worked on all my issue stops and gave some feedback on exercises I could do to help those areas. Will go back to this location and highly recommend.

Deep rooted massage helped me immensely after I fell off my horse and was getting chronic headaches. This clinic is so professional, clean and tidy and also wonderful at their job! I love their online booking system which makes it so easy when you’re always on the go! Thank you so much for the great experience, I would highly recommend! Can’t wait for my next massage!

Today was my first time with Deep Rooted Massage and certainly won’t be my last! I had a 1-hour massage with Mackenzie and she did a fantastic job at getting out the stubborn knots in my upper back and shoulders. I felt immensely relaxed, and I’m very happy with the tension released from my appointment today. I would highly recommend Deep Rooted to everyone!

I so appreciate being able to book online. The lobby is cozy and welcoming. Service is on time and prompt. I have had sessions with two different therapists and they have both been attentive, caring and thorough.
