I really enjoyed the clinic. The staff were professional and courteous. They have good rooms with good bedding. They did have some issues with the cables but was able to rectify it promptly. You are able to hear traffic but if you do the night study is easy to drain out. They are understaffed so it does take a bit before they can hook you up and let you sleep. The clinic has speakers in the room to give you instructions I would suggest the clinic increase the volume as they are hard to hear. I want to thank all the staff for making a different experience welcoming.

I was given the opportunity to complete my sleep study at this facility and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to complete a sleep study. My previous experience with a sleep study was at Montfort Hospital in Ottawa and let me tell you that Sleep study Lab is a much more comfortable experience. Staffs were really nice, polite and very helpful.

I was really nervous about this test, but the staff were so lovely, especially Amy! She made sure I was comfortable and was just so kind and funny. Big thanks to Amy for making me feel as calm and comfortable as I could be.

Today I visited InspiAIR to purchase a CPAP machine and I must say my expectations were exceeded. Firstly I want to say thank you to Jennifer who was very patient and knowledgeable when I called to make my appointment, she provided me with all the necessary information and documents I needed to meet the respiratory therapist. Lee (therapist) I want to say thank you so much for being patient with me and your empathy knowing that I am claustrophobic. The attention to details towards my needs, and encouragement has me looking forward to a better night rest and a healthier me. The one and one session on how to use your CPAP and how to clean the machine and accessories came in very handy. I would recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a CPAP as they genuinely care about you health and well-being.

On both my visits, for the initial trial and purchase Lee was excellent. He explained everything carefully and answered all my questions. He was extremely helpful in trying to find a mask that would suit. I would highly recommend him.

I was looking to purchase a bipap mask for my sister and did not know where to begin. Lee and the team were amazing. They made the process so much easier.
