NANAIMO HEARING CLINIC REVIEWS

I was having problems hearing people on my phone and loud noises were painful to my ears. A friend of mine told me of his experiences with Nanaimo Hearing Clinic and I decided to try their free hearing test. It was far more thorough than a test I had taken several years earlier. I decided to accept their offer to road test several makes of hearing aids. I was so pleased with the first set they recommended that after trying them for three weeks I purchased a new set. When my new hearing aids arrived they were fine-tuned and were even better than the original set I had road-tested. This is a very professional place to deal with. There is absolutely no pressure to purchase and the offer to follow up if any problems or concerns arise is very reassuring. Communication has improved so much for me in a variety of situations that I would encourage anyone with a hearing issue to address the problem sooner than later. I am confident that Nanaimo Hearing Clinic has met my expectations and will highly recommend them.

It was quite a challenge finding a hearing aid business that would conduct a hearing test in a hospital. Fortunately, we found the Nanaimo Hearing Clinic. Hanan Merrill conducted the test and then when the aids were ready taught my wife and me on their use, maintenance, cleaning, recharging etc. Hanan was very patient, obviously knowledgeable and professional during every phase of his contact with the two of us. He will continue his excellent service as long as required. Our experience with Hanan is what excellent customer service is all about.

From walking in the door, going through a wax removal process and back out. The Nanaimo Hearing Center was amazing. Extremely professional and friendly staff. As someone who suffers from a lot of ear issues this was one of my absolute best experiences, Highly recommend it!!

BELTONE HEARING CARE NANAIMO REVIEWS

I attended Beltone hearing center at Brooks Landing mall in Nanaimo yesterday, and as always I was totally impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff. Shivpreet, the hearing specialist/manager is so patient with my questions, and so very, very helpful with explaining how my hearing aids work. Shweta, the receptionist/office manager is also very helpful, kind, pleasant and good at her job. These two always impress me with their caring, customer service. Other businesses could learn a lot from the way these two individuals care about customer service.

Had my appointment this morning at Beltone. My experience was very good. People are very professional very competent and very nice. Anenjoyable appointment.!!!

Great knowledgeable and friendly staff, making everything nice and easy.

I have been a client at NexGen for 6 years now since moving to the island. I have had hearing aids for 25 years and depend on them for my day to day life. I can’t thank the team at NexGen enough for their amazing customer service, kindness and expertise ensuring my hearing aids and hearing are taken care of. They treat you like family! I’m always happy to greeted by Mia at the desk when I call or come in.

Outstanding service! Be treated like a friend with Mia, and Brannan. They both were extremely professional, kept a very nice clean office, and were very friendly. I would highly recommend friends and family to NexGen Hearing in south Nanaimo. Their office was warm, they have coffee, and the hearing test was a fun experience. I was able to get peace of mind, and solid advice applicable to my line of work and previous noise exposure history. I received good advice about what I can do to keep my hearing in top shape in the future. Yes their chairs are comfortable!
