Bryn Edwards graduated from Queen’s University with an honours degree in Physiotherapy. Joe Box earned a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2008. He achieves the best outcomes with treatment focused on education and exercise, often combined with manual therapy and dry needling techniques such as IMS and acupuncture. Joe has over 30 years of experience as an outrigger and dragon boat paddler and specializes in treating shoulder and back injuries. He has completed courses in intramuscular stimulation (IMS), dry needling (DN), acupuncture, manual therapy, and geriatric health. He also holds additional certifications in dry needling, including Gunn IMS via UBC, dry needling through the US-based Dry Needling Institute, and acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada (AFCI).
