My experience with Nurse Jovanna was awesome!! She was so thorough in explaining the whole lip filler process with me. Her knowledge made me feel so comfortable and confident with my decision. I am so pleased with the results and can’t wait to see what they look like once they’re fully healed!! Highly recommend Derma Spa Nanaimo.

I've been doing to Derma Spa for the better part of two years now. The staff are extremely friendly, appointments are always on time and they'll even book you in for your next visit without having to ask! Nurse Jovanna is amazing and so good at what she does, she makes you feel calm during every procedure and cares to get to know her patients. 10/10 would recommend, high quality service and staff.

Had a great experience at Derma Spa Nanaimo! Tayler was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. I’m so happy with my results—natural and refreshed. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to a few places for Botox but Rise is my favourite and the one I will continue to go to from here on out. They’re amazing, not only for the service which is above and beyond, but for the energy and atmosphere. It truly feels like a spa experience. It’s so beautiful and calming. I’ve always seen Laura the owner, however I’ve heard great things about all staff. Laura offers a holistic experience where she assesses the face as a whole and treats it accordingly. There is no persuasion, simply education. She will say no if you are asking for too much, which I appreciate as this shows she is putting her client first. I’ve been very happy with my results both times I’ve come to Rise and look forward to my future appointments!

Laura is exceptional at what she does. She is very knowledgeable and has a warm and caring demeanor which put me immediately at ease. This was my first experience getting Botox and I highly recommend if anyone is curious about the treatment to book an appointment with Laura. My only regret is waiting as long as I did! The new office is spectacular and the staff is all very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend Rise for the best treatments.

Very professional,informed and up to date staff. Was given sound advice to achieve natural and realistic results. My daughter's first time and she is so impressed and relieved that Laura was clear in her explanations. Results were amazing couldn't be happier. No downtime and my experience was painfree and without bruising. 10 out of 10. Will continue to utilize the services.
