MED SLEEP NANAIMO REVIEWS

Last night I had to do an at home sleep apnea test. I had to pick up the kit yesterday and drop it back today. Niyousha the office administrator was such a outstanding greeter. She very efficiently checked me in and got started with her demonstration. She was so informative and friendly and took her time and made me feel at ease. Her professionalism was top notch. I'm certain she will go far in life. Thank you so much for making this process so easy for me.

I came in feeling stressed, but within moments after entering my room that totally changed when my technician, Wajih made me feel at ease. Everything was explained clearly, answered all my questions and provided me with the best service and experience possible. All considering. I managed to sleep.

Surprisingly great experience! Slept better here than at home! Comfy bed friendly staff and unplugged...no cell phone makes me realize i need to turn it off at home! Very lovely staff kind and considerate.

Carey Marie was great and helped me try different mask set ups till I found the one that worked. They tuned my machine and now I get a great night sleep. I highly recommend that you don't hesitate and use costal sleep if you don't feel like you are sleeping well. Excellent customer service, very responsive and it is truly life changing to get a CPAP that is dialed in for you.

Recently had to replace my CPAP machine and Carey at Coastal Sleep helped me through the process. She explained the options and took care of all the paperwork - from a prescription renewal to an application for coverage under my extended health plan. All I did was show up on the appointed day and leave with my new machine. Carey was fabulous.

Jaye was incredibly helpful in setting me up with the right sleep apnea mask. It took several different models to get the right one, but she patiently worked through it with me until we found the winner. I am now on my way to getting the sleep I need.
