I recently had the pleasure of visiting Specsavers for an eye check-up, and I must commend the outstanding service provided by Nicole. From the moment I walked in, her warm demeanor and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Nicole's knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. She patiently guided me through each step of the examination, explaining everything thoroughly and addressing all my concerns with care. Her attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring that my prescription was accurate and tailored to my needs.

Excellent service and product at Woodgrove SpecSavers. Plenty of helpful staff who are well informed and a great selection to choose from with a great deal on, 2 for 1. Rachel the assistant manager was incredibly helpful and am very pleased with my new glasses. Free eye exams for seniors too. Super place.

Everything about Specsavers in Woodgrove Mall makes me smile. Staff, frames, service, and good prices. Always a very positive experience.

I just purchased my third pair of glasses from Specsavers (formerly Image) and keep returning because of the excellent service I have received. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. LENSCRAFTERS WOODGROVE CENTRE REVIEWS

The experience at LenseCrafters was clearly positive. Good staff, great Optometrist, brightly lit displays and clear explanations resonated sharply with me. Do you see what I did there? If we cross off the best and worst reviews to find a fair average, they’d be 5 stars. The black and white winner. Also, I find retinas uglier than feet…. and I’ve seen my retinas now. They can direct bill and confirm coverage quickly.

I had excellent service from Anu Gill, eyewear consultant, a few days ago. It was just a repair to my eyeglass nose pads, she changed both out even though only one was broken. I will definitely go back to see her for my next pair of glasses.

The ladies helped me repair my sun glasses, that I had purchased directly from Oakley, no questions asked. They were friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff and a beautiful range of frames. Andrew just repaired a pair of glasses I bought there 3 years ago... quickly, efficiently and perfectly and at no cost. I will definitely be going back for my next pair. Just wish they had parking!

I was welcomed as soon as the door opened. Dorothy and front end staff were full of compliments about my glasses even though I definitely didn't buy them there. The optometrist was friendly and engaging. Because on how welcomed I felt I'll definitely come back for my eye prescription next year. Their glass Frames selection seem to good with differing price points. Ultimately the friendly staff won me over.

Michelle is the best. She wAnted me to love my new glasses and work with me find the best solution. Winning team at this store, which is why I have been a repeating customer for more than a dozen years. Thanks
