I am thoroughly satisfied with our experience at SoundEar Audiology. I visited the clinic with my dad for a consultation about his hearing loss, and the service we received was exceptional. The Audiologist provided clear and detailed explanations about his condition, giving us much-needed answers and peace of mind. We were given a comprehensive list of recommendations to help minimize further damage, which was incredibly helpful. Puru and his team are knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. I highly recommend SoundEar Audiology for anyone experiencing hearing issues.

I am very satisfied with the service of SoundEar Audiology. Dr. c is excellent. He is very thorough, patient and helpful. He made my 82 yr old dad feel very comfortable. He adjusted his hearing aids settings perfectly for my dad to hear clearly again. I highly recommend Dr. Puru.

I had an excellent experience at SoundEar Audiology. My appointment was on time, the hearing tests well done including one I had not experienced before where one had to distinguish a conversation from various types of background noise. I was given a printed copy of my test results and also mailed a copy and the results explained to me quite clearly. Puru Ganesan, the owner, was very personable. The location also is great with easy parking. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful service by Karen. Very professional and always on time! Appreciate the follow up appointments too.

My appointment was to pair my hearing aids to my iPhone. Karen not only paired my hearing aids to my iPhone, she also checked my hearing aids and replaced one of the wires that was twisted. I was treated with respect and kindness. The receptionist was also polite and pleasant. Thank you for your great service.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was blindsided with a condition that I was born with that made it very difficult to hear all common speech, but the rest of my hearing was normal. They made me feel comfortable with my newly fitted hearing aids and were very patient with the adjustments that I needed so that I could provide the best service to my employer. Alex the receptionist is extremely sweet and Jason was always willing to help with giving me the newest technology available! I highly recommend their services!

Everyone was very conscientious about putting both of us at ease with the whole testing experience. We were encouraged to ask questions if we had any and the whole process went quite quickly. Thank you very much to everyone at the Lawson Heights location!
