Exceptional service! With great appreciation! here is my story : It was the day before Christmas ..break. The phones were down due to technical problems, so I sent an e mail explaining the urgency/limitations of our situation. After a short while the phone communication was restored, so when I called the front end staff already considered the situation and offered us the same day appointment (miracle 1) in a busy schedule on the last day of work before Christmas break !! Our family resides overseas and we were in Saskatoon for a short visit, knowing that, Dr.Ryan and his staff did us another great favor , they delivered the retainer withing an hour of waiting (miracle2). I fully understand the atmosphere of the “last day of work before Christmas break” in a dental office, so this experience was miraculous, all things considered. On a regular/ normal day all of the above might be called “business as usual”, but on that day, for us, under all circumstances- it was an exceptional Christmas gift. Thank you all, thank you Dr.Ryan The retainer traveled safely to Kazakhstan (Central Asia) and is serving us well.

Dr. Ryan and every single one of his staff are literally the BEST orthodontic team you could ask for. We currently have three kids in his care, and hands down, they somehow manage to not only straighten their teeth, but bring on a smile from the inside. I was so surprised when Dr. Ryan called one evening, seeing as we are an out-of-town patient, checking in to see if we could resolve a concern over the phone, which he did, through reassurance. We didn’t have to make the trip to Saskatoon after all, and I’m quite sure that there are not many other medical/dental professionals who would have considered their patients driving time. Best decision in dental care we have EVER made.

Such an amazing expirence! Ryan and his staff really made the whole process of braces comfortable and fast. They all knew exactly what had to be done and made sure it was done right! Definitely will be recommending to others.

All of the staff at Arc Orthodontists are very friendly and inviting. Work well with younger children and makes everyone feel comfortable. Very thorough assessment and able to answer all questions! Highly recommend.

Going through Invisalign process currently, Arc has been great to deal with, friendly professional staff willing to help you move along in your progress. The dental monitoring app and device suppled work very easily and allows you to communicate when you need to. Thanks Arc crew for all you do.
