MODO YOGA SASKATOON REVIEWS
First time doing hot Yoga a friend of mine took me to this studio. The class was fantastic. It was hot yoga, and the instructor gave great instruction, other people in the class were also very helpful in showing me a few tips and tricks with blocks and things inaudibly. They have an intro deal for $40 unlimited the first month which is wayyyyyy better than a lot of the intro offers in Edmonton. The atmosphere was good, the class was excellent, would go again.
Modo yoga has been my hOMe for the past 8 years. I cannot say enough good things about what this space has done for my physical, mental and emotional health. All the teachers are amazing and Ashley and Leia are amazing business owners who I feel navigated Covid with grace and compassion for their community. I highly highly recommend Modo to anyone no matter what stage of their yoga practice they are at!
I love this studio! All the teachers are so friendly and welcoming. Great variety of classes and lots of class times throughout the week to choose from. They have huge change rooms with multiple showers, and the whole place is kept very clean. 5 stars.

INNER PEACE YOGA REVIEWS
Life changing experience. Very inclusive, friendly atmosphere with helpful teachers who will make you feel welcome and capable, not matter what your experience level. I strongly recommend the yoga for backs for anyone with chronic back pain. Joelle offers lots of pose modifications for new students. New to yoga? Go here. I see a reviewer who advised the door is always closed when they come for class. Please be advised that if you are>5 minutes late for class the door is closed/locked so that the flow of class is not disrupted, and also that students' possessions are secure in the change area. Arrive on time or ideally 5 minutes ahead of scheduled classes and you won't have this problem.
This is my favourite yoga studio in Saskatoon for a number of reasons - it is open and welcoming to people of all shapes and sizes, ages, and physical ability levels. The teachers are all wonderful and the owner, Joelle, is one of a kind. I especially recommend Yoga 4 Backs if you have a bad back like I do! It has been a lifesaver. Definitely check it out.
Love IPY! The feeling you get when you walk into the studio is always welcoming. It is a place for all ages, experiences and lifestyles. Joelle and the team are there toe help you with whatever you may need. The Yoga 4 Backs is a favourite as you always walk out of there feeling refreshed.
