SWEAT CO. HOT YOGA REVIEWS

This is an amazing studio with fantastic instructors!! It offers a variety of classes. The yoga room is clean and beautiful with bubble latern chandeliers that sway gently with the fan. The lighting is adjustable but usually dim offering a sense of calm. The room is hot ( but not too hot!) The instructors provide excellent cues and slight adjustments to poses if desired. If you love hot yoga, you won’t be disappointed with Sweat Hot Yoga. LOVE!!!.

I absolutely love Sweat. Co Hot Yoga. After each and every class I always feel truly restored both in mind and body. This was a gift to myself years ago and honestly it was the best thing I could have done for my health and well being. Sweat Co. is not just a yoga facility but a family. Every single instructor is unique, professional and engaging. I truly am grateful to be a part of this yoga family and community. Namaste.

Love the atmosphere and the teachers. I have had the best experiences here and find that the classes are easily adapted to different skill levels. My fave way to spend a chilly afternoon.

OXYGEN YOGA & FITNESS SASKATOON REVIEWS

Absolutely love this place! I started hot yoga again after many years 2.5 months postpartum after my second baby. I had done hot yoga previously at oxygen in Coquitlam so I knew what to expect. The instructors here are fantastic! The studio is very clean and well laid out and the classes are so great! A variety of strength, flow and relaxation - there’s something for everyone! A wide range of ages and fitness levels in each class so everyone feels welcome! It’s been such a great way for me to ease back into fitness postpartum.

I have been going to Oxygen Evergreen since July 2024 and absolutely love it! The infrared heated room is amazing for your mental & physical health. The main reason I joined is because they offer fitness classes in the heat, which is a unique concept. Not only that there is a variety of classes including: Yoga, full-body fitness and deep stretch to name a few. I leave every class feeling a sense of accomplishment & calm. All the instructors are passionate and do an excellent job guiding the classes. I highly recommend doing a trial and seeing the benefits the heated classes at Oxygen will have for you.

This is a great place for workout. I haven’t been in any yoga class my life that’s why at first I’m not quite sure if I can make it. But I did! Staff and instructors are very nice. I feel relaxed after class. I did signed up after my 2 weeks trial and Oxygen is highly recommended.

An incredible yoga studio where extremely knowledgeable instructors are committed to helping you develop in your practice at your own pace. Every class is unique and some are quite tailored to the yogis in attendance. I just started my yogi journey with PLY. I feel I have also found a community that welcomes, accepts, encourages, and challenges me. Looking forward to continuing my practice for years to come.

Very warm and welcoming space with some of my favourite yoga teachers that always go beyond to ensure a quality experience before and after the class as well. Kirtan, acro and mobility workshops as well. Their summer retreat is also a highlight.

We LOVE this studio! The energy is always uplifting and we always feel welcome here.
