BLAINE MACKIE, B.SC.(BIO), B.SC.(PT), DIP.MANIP. PT - MACKIE PHYSIOTHERAPY REVIEWS
I came in from a distance to search Blaine out after an absence of a few years... Great to see the practice and how it's grown! He's exactly how I remembered and we got right to it. I wanted to get lifting, and do it with old injuries in mind. He made that happen in spades, including the offer to video my coaching so I could use it later! I handed him my phone and proceeded to get just what I was looking for. As I sit for my flight waiting to go home, feeling the workout set in, I know I'll be back someday for further tweaking. Thanks again!
I just completed a weekend course in Toronto with Blaine Mackie. His knowledge and skill as a manual therapist and exercise coach were phenomenal. I would recommend his TORC course to any physiotherapist looking for the "next level" of exercise prescription and strengthening for their patients.
I've had such an awesome experience at Mackie. It's like becoming part of a family. Blaine Mackie has been an incredible influence in my life over the past 2 years, and helped spark my love for powerlifting along with strength training coach, Mathew Palmer. Would not be where I am today without these guys!

BRUCE CRAVEN, M.SC., B.SC.(PT), DIP.SPORT(PT),B.S.P.E.,CSCS - CRAVEN SPORT SERVICES REVIEWS
I have been here a few different time for treating different injuries: concussion, ankles, pelvic floor (prenatal and postnatal). All experiences have been great. Coming here for prenatal/ pelvic floor physio to help treat different hip pains and preparing for birth made such a HUGE difference with labour and recovery of my 2nd child. I highly recommend coming here
I would recommend Craven to anyone and everyone (and I do!). Emily at the training centre has been amazing. I will miss her dearly as she will be leaving to continue her education.
Bruce Craven and his team are so amazing to work with! They all take the time to help you with your individual needs and make sure you are progressing and keeping on track with your goals :) 10 out of 10 would recommend.

ALLISON FRENETTE MPT, BSC KIN, CSCS, CAFCI - LIFEMARK PHYSIOTHERAPY REVIEWS
Lifemark has been my home away from home while attempting to fix an old injury from a car accident. I am so thankful to have found this place. My physiotherapist Allison has gone above and beyond to help me and after over 10 years of chronic pain I am starting to feel better! My chiropractor Mike also does an outstanding job. He was able to discover that my lower back was having so many issues because of an old injury in my hip flexor! I recently tried dry needling with Nicholas and it was WONDERFUL! I will definitely be booking in with him again. Oh and I had a great massage from Alix once as well! The ladies at the front are always so welcoming and friendly. Everyone here work together as a team and it really shows. Seriously love this place! 5 STARS all the way!!!!!!!!!
Allison started off as my physiotherapist because of a referral from a friend and has since become not only my physio, but also a great friend! She is knowledgeable, great at what she does, very kind, and listens to any concerns I may have and helps come up with different ways to feel better. As an athlete with multiple areas of injury, she helps with them all! I recommend her to anyone who asks me and will continue to recommend her in the future.
I suffered with an injury for several months without relief before seeing Allison. Since seeing Allison I have finally found relief through her treatments. She is amazing! She is kind, caring and so positive. She always makes my day better just by seeing her. She is very concerned about her patients and will do everything in her power to help you. I highly recommend her!
