ARNOLD HEARING CENTRES REVIEWS

That was great! Hearing issue solved in 5 min, they pulled out a decent size piece of wax from both ears and I was only having issues with one. I had the vacuum a scapping done, no pain and wasn't as load as they said it would be. This was my first time going and I would highly recommend it! Team was great from initial greeting, to performing the procedure.

Tijana was extremely professional and competent. She took time to explain everything to me and my wife. The receptionist was most pleasant. We would recommend Arnold Hearing and, in fact, already have done this. Our friend who knew he had hearing loss was very pleased with the services.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Shauna was thorough and gentle when working in my ears. Very fair with the price. I will definitely stay with this practice.

They want to know you and what your concerns are. They truly listen and ask questions for clarification. They recognize their limitations and are quick to recommend alternate resources for you. I look forward to working with Becca, Michelle and Makenna to resolve my hearing issues.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Becca at Creekside Hearing when went in for my well overdue hearing test. I was a bit apprehensive going in, because what if I need hearing aids? But interacting with Becca and Michelle made all of that go away very quickly. The test itself was quite comprehensive, but like the time absolutely flew by. There was no waiting when I arrived, everything that we did was explained in great detail and the test went on flawlessly. Thank You. This is the place to go for all your hearing needs!

This place is amazing! Matthew is amazing. And any of the staff,I had an interactions with at this locations are amazing, they are friendly, helpful and their customer service is amazing! Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Most of my interactions was with Matthew as he completed my hearing test and got myself all fitted for my hearing aids and did follow up appointments and all was done in a couple of weeks and was done very easily.They walk you thru all you need to know about the hearing aids, which is also awesome.The hearing aids themselves are nice and small and are rechargeable and work with my iPhone which is also awesome.

Very friendly, kind and knowledgable. Great explanations using simple and effective wording. I had a wonderfully positive experience at this clinic.

Matt at the Boardwalk location is great. Explains in detail all about hearing issues and answers all the questions you have. Wonderful service.
