This summer I connected with Karen and went thru the protocol to achieve my goals. The changes were faster than I expected and that motivated me to stick to it. I have a great sense of accomplishment and I feel great too! This program was like an engine over-haul and from the inside out; my gut feels better, my brain function is focused and alert, my body has energy and it's the best I've ever felt overall. So much more than weight loss. And not just a magic pill, meal plans are great and fitting to a busy schedule! Yes, you get to eat GOOD FOOD, not a crash diet! Not to mention the support ladies they are absolutely amazing, kind, supportive, and so motivating! This product is my go-to, I can not be without it! I lost 20lbs in 2 months and I got more to go and I will be sticking with them during & after my goals to keep my weight off.

Best place I have been on my journey to recovery. They work as a team to help me through my injuries. All of them I had over the years. Micheal, Eric, Shannon, Sam, Claire, and Danial have been so helpful and kind.
