Had my first ever massage from Nicole and it was much needed. She was very attentive to my injuries in my back and did a fantastic job! As well as Darlene at the front desk was super informative, incredibly attentive. Signed me up for the membership and had me on my way! Great service, great atmosphere. Already ready to come back!!

The place is very clean and well kept. Both the front desk person and the receptionist seemed very professional. The introductory rate is a good deal. Lots of parking as it's in a strip mall. The therapist was good to check in on pressure and gave me some stretches to help with lower back pain.

Had a fantastic time here. Staff are extremely kind and the massage was wonderful. Will be returning in the future; highly recommend to anyone in the Waterloo area. Sandy is great!

ELYSIS MASSAGE THERAPY REVIEWS

I desperately needed a massage appointment as I had been dealing with dizziness all of a sudden. My usual massage therapist was booked up for a month and a half, so I found this place when searching for another option. I am very particular about my massage therapists, so figured this would be a one and done appointment, but I will most definitely be coming back. I saw Angela who was so helpful in walking me through every aspect of the massage, was super friendly and helped to target dealing with my vertigo / anxiety in my body. So pleased with my visit!

I showed up for my appointment on time and didn’t have to wait around. I felt very welcome by Angela. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. We talked about the issues I was having and she asked a lot of questions and wanted to get to know me. That part didn’t cut into the actual massage time which was great. The best part of all was that my back felt better afterwards :)

I have been seeing Sydney for massage over a few appointments. She does an excellent job of identifying the issue I am dealing with and working on it specifically. The clinic is clean and feels well organized. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I've been getting massages at the Coach House Therapeutic Centre for over 5 years and cannot recommend it enough. The environment is beautiful, calming and spa-like with treatments that are both relaxing and effective. I've been seeing Azita since day one and highly recommend her services. She is professional, kind and always makes me feel so much better than when I walked in.

I went to see John Berge about my lower back spasms. John was able to identify the issue within minutes and spent 45 minutes working on my back. I woke up the next day with barley any pain and my back has continued to feel so much better. Great experience, highly recommend!
