Best Pharmacist I've ever had! I have moved since first coming here and continue to come back because of the excellent service. Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Always greeted pleasantly. Takes the time to make sure you fully understand what you are taking and any side effects, also ensures you go home with a hard copy of the information. Even called me on a Friday before a long weekend to make I was able to come pick up my prescription before the closed. Top notch!

Ive been using Erb St IDA pharmacy for about 6 years now. Mairaj is always polite, professional and positive. Ive developed a trust with Mairaj as he handles my medication profile with concern for my well being. Never had any problems with wrong medication/ dose ect. Mairaj makes himself available to answer questions and gives detailed info as needed with each dispensing. I plan to always bring my medication needs to Erb St IDA. Also, this location has a great selection of vitamins and supplements that meets my family's needs, and if its not onsite Mairaj orders it for us. Reccomend.

I love this pharmacy! I was in a logistical nightmare trying to fill my two-year-old daughter's prescription today after there was a mixup at our usual. These ladies were quick to answer the phone and quick to provide answers. I got there, was in a rush and I had the vaccine tag, not prescription so they helped me track it down. While all this went on, they gave my daughter a water bottle, chatted with her and gave her a treat as we left (after asking me), which helped big time as we waited for her needle at our doctors appointment moments later. The team was friendly, quick and helpful. Thank you again!!!

Wanted to try a Spencer auto med delivery system, so left Boardwalk for another company. Returned very quickly from that pharmacy because of poor service. Am very happy to be back at The Boardwalk. They are prompt and will call if there is a problem with anything! Staff are friendly and very good at their job! Glad to be back!

Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful in both prescription and over the counter medications. Prescriptions are processed quickly with little to no waiting needed. Great place and I recommend it highly!

I came in to this location absolutely lost in the skincare aisle. The associate Brianne was sooo amazing. She was honest, knowledgeable and passionate in helping me chose the right skincare products based on my individual needs. I will definitely be coming back!

i was in a little bit ago to look for some skincare for my mother, who has psoriasis. Brianne was so kind and helped me choose an amazing lotion that has since worked great for my mom! great location, great workers.

My first choice for cosmetics. Excellent selection. Great Canadian brands! Very friendly and helpful staff.
