I can’t express enough how grateful my family and I are to have discovered this wonderful walk-in clinic in Waterloo/Kitchener. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this place is both friendly and professional. The wait times are incredibly reasonable—only about 10 to 20 minutes at most. I even overheard the receptionist mention that there were four doctors available, and this was on a Sunday! It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about their patients' health and well-being. Things seem to have improved after my last visit. There are now 3 kind receptionist registering patients, 1 nurse for initial check and 3 doctors seeing patients. There is also pharmacy in the same place. In my recent visit, I saw a female doctor who was very kind, listened to me and treated me kindly. She did not prescribe anything to me even though my coughs were hurting. But I am fine with her decision. Thanks for not giving me antibiotics when I don’t need to.

Great experience on a desperate Sunday morning. Everything was so smooth and quick. Putting how bad Canadian healthcare system is and how bad other walk-in clinics in the region( check out ratings and comments yourself) into perspective, this clinic deserves 10 star! - RD

Dr. Van is caring and compassionate and has helped our family with wonderful bedside manner several times. He cares and helps make an uncomfortable situation as comfortable as possible. He's great with our baby and so gentle. Thank you Dr Van and thank you to the wonderful girls working the front desk.

This is one of the only walk-in clinics in the region who actually provides care above and beyond! They serve with smile, are compassionate, and are the true definition of caring. I commend all of the front desk staff at the Waterloo clinic and the admin staff, and the doctors. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting the Dr. AUSTIN MALL and I admit with full conviction that such a professional and gentleman is difficult to meet today.Medical procedure that the Dr. MALL did for me was a complete success and the way in which it was carried out is a mastery in its purest form. My daughter had a situation she needed to address rapidly, and we visited Spruce Medical Walk-In Clinic. The receptionist was friendly, and we were able to be seen in a short amount of time. Dr Kumar is a compassionate, knowledgeable and very competent health care professional. She made my daughter feel comfortable, listened to her and prescribed the right remedy for her situation. She is healthy and happy. Thank you so so much.

Dr Jangra was so polite and professional I could not recommend him more. Wait times are quite reasonable too! He helped me with my issues and helped me see all the professionals I needed. Great clinic.

Shorter than average wait time, lovely counter staff, wonderful doctor. Very thankful for kind and speedy service.
