Top marks! I was involved in a terrible collision and the whole network of staff at OpenRoad Richmond Auto body were helpful and accommodating. It felt like a seamless experience. Even though it took a few months to get my car back due to supply chain issues from my EV manufacturer, I was provided a courtesy car and regular updates all along the way. Had a minor issue to address and I thought it would end in another appoinment and a charge. Ricky looked at it and said I can likely address this with some elbow grease, can you give me 10 minutes? I did, and he was great. Problem addressed in a professional and courteous manner. Well done!

I used to deal with Richard here but he retired. Class A guy and he will be missed! Honest body shop here, no rip offs and they deal with your insurance.
