CTR Auto Parts

I needed an alternator and I had called everywhere else in the city and outside the city and no one had anything but I decided to try one last place and it was CTR and just my luck they had one that would be ready to go within a few hours and with such a good deal including 3 year warranty. The price was super better than all of the other places I had called. My experience with customer service over the phone was great and same as my in store service, everyone was super kind and the Services I needed was done fast and efficiently. I am very satisfied with this company will be keeping them in mind for any future needs/references.

The only place I ever go to for parts. Duane goes above and beyond for me every single time I go to the store. Always tries to help you out with possible problems that you may not be aware of & NEVER upsells/up charges for anything you do not need. A rarity in the car part business for sure.

The staff are all very helpful, the parts are always substantially cheaper than anywhere else in the city, and if they don’t have a part at the store they get it there within a hour and ready for pick up!
