If your looking buy an electric bike I highly recommend rize bikes. I did my research to find the top electric bike place in the lower mainland. I shopped around at a few other places before ending up here ,the quality of bike is very good. The level of service is high and they take care of you after your purchase Sunny was my sales guy and everyone else I dealt with was good.

I contacted the support service team and received all the information so I needed very quickly. As I reside in Quebec, I expected a certain delay but it was not, Matt always responded quickly by giving me good advice and top-notch guaranteed service. I am happy with my bike and I recommend this company.

I had a wonderful experience at Caps Bike Richmond with Mike. He spent over 30 minutes carefully adjusting and testing different child seats on the bike I brought in, making sure we found the perfect fit. His patience and dedication felt like the kind of old-fashioned service you rarely see these days—it really warmed my heart. On top of that, the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

After my first visit this is now my fave shop, worth the detour. Fast and friendly service, smart, great advice, great prices, low key, my kind of people. Thank-you! Will be coming back! Ride on!

Came in with a flat tire. The specialist quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me what happened, and replaced the tire right away. The whole service took only 3 minutes! Serious, straightforward, and very professional — exactly what you need

I bought my first e-bike from here a few days ago. The customer service was wonderful. Great selection to pick from. The owners were very kind, patient and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions. I was able to test ride it before purchase. If you are in need of advice or need an e-bike or anything else, I highly recommend them. I truly had a great experience with them.

the lady staff were friendly to answer my inquiries during my phone call. she just let me come in into their shop. customer service is at its highest level. the mechanic man fix my flat tire using my interior tube on the spot even though I didn't purchase my e scooter to them. they have quality of work and highly recommended.

Came to the shop 10 minutes after closure. Owners were really nice and took my ebike for a fix. 30 minutes later and my bike is fixed! Prices are very reasonable. If you ever need to your ebike fixed or buy a custom one that's the place to go!
