The Bike Doctor

I am so happy that I went to the Bike Doctor! I was treated like the only customer in the shop (even though the store was full of customers. Buying the right bike was a big decision, but both Sarah and Greg were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating and helped me make an educated decision. I am very happy with my choice and excited to hit the trails!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Excellent and very responsive customer service. The guys at the Bike Doctor went above and beyond to ensure that the bib shorts I ordered online were shipped the same day. At my request, they thoroughly inspected the product beforehand to ensure that it was free of defects because it was a final sale and was being shipped out of province. The bib shorts arrived quickly and the fit and quality is great!

Always an awesome experience with the staff and superb expertise! Products are top notch for which I always shop here for my cycling needs.
