Frans, Oh Frans ! Frans is my absolute favorite breakfast spot—it's like a second home to me! From their delicious shakes to fluffy pancakes, crispy waffles, and irresistible cakes, hot chocolate, I love everything about it. The cozy ambiance adds to the experience, making it the perfect go-to place for a delightful breakfast."

Fran’s is the go to for classic diner style breakfast. Big portions of all the favourites. Not pictured here, but really recommend their pies. Coconut cream is delicious here.

It is a great old diner that has been there forever. Solid breakfast and a nice staff. You know the minute you step through the door what the place is and it delivers.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The famous blueberry pancakes were everything I hoped for — fluffy, flavourful, and truly memorable. The ambience was bright, spacious, and peaceful, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. And the service was amazing — friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend and definitely coming back!

Great restaurant for lunch/brunch in Toronto. Service was excellent, food was delicious. We didn't have a reservation but hostess found a space for us after 15 minutes. It was pretty busy but our food and drinks was on time. Our server was great and helpful. He also gave us a free scones to go when we left, that was so sweet. Thanks so much for this amazing experience in your restaurant!

Went here for the pancakes and they did not disappoint! very fluffy, blueberry sauce was incredible and the cream was not too sweet. the shakshuka was okay, just really salty, but the watermelon lemonade was really good!

EVVIVA BREAKFAST AND LUNCH REVIEWS

One of my favorite brunch places come here every time I'm in Toronto. Food is always incredible and have to get a pitcher or two of strawberry mojito. I have been coming here since my first trip here in 2019 and will continue to come for as long as I can.

One of the best breakfast places I’ve been to anywhere in the world. The menu is extensive, portion sizes are generous. It’s super busy and has a great vibe. Highly recommend you check it out if you’re in Toronto. They even have a dedicated vegan menu.

I came here for brunch with coworkers. They have a huge menu! And everything that came out of the kitchen looked amazing. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. We will definitely be back.
