3 Best Chinese Restaurants in Toronto, ON

It took my group of five about 10 minutes to get a seat on the Victoria Day holiday, so I definitely recommend making an advance reservation, especially if it's a holiday or a weekend. The first thing that caught my attention at Dragon Pearl is the aesthetics of the restaurant, such that you can't wait to take a walk around to soak it all in. But you wouldn't because the food spread, the constant refilling of the spread, the other guests walking around with plates—all invite you to take a seat and savour the one and half hour all-you-can-eat buffet experience. For the quality and service, the price and drive down to Dragon Pearl is definitely worth it. I especially loved a mango dessert (black-looking pearls in a mango sauce - pictured) and had two servings of that alone! Someone from our group had their birthday, and we got a complimentary cake and birthday song from the staff. Definitely visiting again when I'm in Toronto!.

I visited Dragon Pearl Buffet this past Friday around noon. We arrived at 11:25 AM, just before they opened at 11:30, and there was already a line – a great sign of their popularity! The buffet had a fantastic variety of selections, including barbecue duck and sashimi for lunch. They also offer an afternoon tea for $38 per person, but we needed a reservation for that, so we went with the regular lunch buffet instead. Overall, it was a great experience. The interior decor is traditional Chinese with high ceilings, giving it a very nice ambiance. The service was fast, and all the dishes tasted fresh. Highly recommend giving this place a try!.

First-time visit coming from the west end. Wanted a better buffet dining experience with different options and was not disappointed! Layout and service was amazing! The food quality was authentic and tasty! Highly recommend if you're in the east end! Will definitely be returning back going forward!.

This place had some of the most delicious food during our trip to Toronto. Good enough portions for the price so you got to try a lot of different foods. The bbq buns were my personal favorite, along with the fried squid and custard buns. They do charge an automatic 15% tip however that wasn't an issue for us as the service was great. Will definitely be back!

Tastiest dim sum. Hot, fresh deliciousness. This place is sooo busy because it's great - there's always a lineup Sunday mornings, so we get there right for 10 am when they open. This'll ease up when they expand into the building next door. If you haven't tried it yet, you really should.

Funny story, we were in front of the restaurant contemplating whether to go in or not, when two older women interjected and said “You don’t want to miss this place, it’s the best. We came all the way from Oregon to eat here.” The atmosphere is very cozy, the staff are very friendly, and the food is great. Long story short, it’s our new favourite spot! :).
