Karaikudi Chettinad Restaurant is a popular Indian eatery that offers traditional South Indian dishes and famous Northern cuisine with a lunch buffet. Their decor is real but modern, decorated by reclaimed heritage rosewood pillars from the Chettinad region's halls in South India. Bamboo lattices decorate the skylight providing the feel of dining in an entrance of a Chettinad estate. The eatery specializes in the Chettinad food, which originated from the Chettinad area of the state of Tamil Nadu in South India. It is one of the most aromatic and savours rich foods of India. They serve a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Their traditional rice-based dishes are biriyani, dosa, appam, idiyappam, Adai and idli. Their floor space consists of a large dining hall, a big party hall and a special dining room for smaller groups. Reservation facilities are available if the party size is larger than six guests.

They introduced authentic and classical Indian cuisine in Toronto and grew into what many say is the best Indian Eatery for Dine-in, Buffet, Delivery, Pickup and Catering in the area. When you walk through their doors, you are welcomed as one of the family. They have more than a hundred and thirty dishes on their menu for their valuable patrons. If you have unique dietary concerns, such as vegetarian, gluten-free or vegan, they are delighted to accommodate you. They change their buffet menu daily so you will never be tired and will always be pleasantly amazed by the available choices.
